- Debris removed
- Wash all windows inside and out, including the frames, sills and tracks
- Vacuum and clean out all cabinets and drawers
- Clean all closets, including furnace and storage areas
- Wash all floors and vacuum carpet
- All baseboards wiped down
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures all wiped down
Kitchen
- Debris removed
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans wiped down
- All mirrors and windows cleaned to a shine
- Clean cabinets and drawers inside and out
- All counters cleaned and wiped dry
- All sinks cleaned and sanitized
- Tile and back splash are cleaned and wiped dry
- Refrigerator wiped down on the outside and if necessary, wiped down on the inside
- Stove cleaned, including the burners (if necessary) and dried
- Oven and microwave wiped down inside and out
Bathrooms
- Debris removed
- Light fixtures wiped down
- All mirrors and windows cleaned to a shine
- Clean and sanitize all toilets
- Wash tubs, showers and all faucets with mild soap and water, ensuring there will be no damage to chrome or brass
- Counters are all cleaned, again with mild soap and water
- Remove labels and temporary protection that are not required to remain
- Wash floor and vacuum carpet

We have been in the residential cleaning business for over 14 years. We bring all supplies and equipment and can customize a cleaning plan just for you. We can schedule to clean on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. We always try to send the same crew to your home. - Furniture polished or oiled
- Sliding glass doors cleaned inside and out
- Blinds, picture frames and fan blades dusted
- Cob webs removed
- Window sills and baseboards dusted or wiped
- TV screens and mirrors cleaned
- All floors with carpet are thoroughly vacuumed
- All floors that are wood or tile are cleaned accordingly
Kitchens
- Counters are cleaned, including under small appliances and objects
- Small appliances and items on counters are also wiped down
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean stove tops and burners, also including the vent and oven door
- Wipe cabinets down as needed
- Clean and sanitize sinks
- All back splash cleaned - along with window above sink
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize sinks, back splash, bathtubs and showers
- Remaining tile is cleaned to a shine
- Clean and sanitize toilets, including the outside and surrounding areas
- Wipe cabinets down as needed
